STEP 1: Register and receive a Japanese shipping address and phone number at tenso.com.
You will need to submit a proof of identity when registering. Shipping and handling fees will apply when your merchandise ships out.

STEP 2: Register and purchase your items at Print Rock using your shipping address from tenso.com (see below instructions). Payment by credit card only, do not select cash on delivery method.Refer to below visuals for step by step instructions. Note you will need an tenso.com account before making your order.

STEP 3: After your merchandise arrives at tenso.com you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions of your shipping and handling fees to tenso.com. Merchandise will ship out after payment is made.
